We recommend extending the life of your product by caring for it properly. Learn more about caring for your item by reading the item description.
For most products: Hand wash gently with mild soap, and cold water, then let air dry for products to maintain best quality.
Can I cancel my online order?
We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. Please note you can return your order within the 60-day delay mentioned in our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
What's the expected delivery time?
Our delivery time varies due to the destination country and the shipping method. Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. The majority of our online orders are shipped with USPS first class.
What materials are your products made from?
You can find out all the product composition from the information on each products page. Primarily we use wool, yak fur, natural dyes, water buffalo leather, sherpa fleece and more.
