How Do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warhouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track your order as it makes its way to you.
How do I send an item for return?
If you have decided to return an item, call or email us with your order # and which product you would like to return.
How can I exchange my US Sherpa product?
To excahnge an item from your recent order, call or email us with your order # and which product you would like to exchange. We will send your new product once we have recived the old product and dispute any coast discrepincies between items.
How do I care for my item?
We recommend extending the life of your product by caring for it properly. Learn more about caring for your item by reading the item description. Mainy you wash products by:
Hand wash gently with mild soap, and cold water, then let air dry for products to maintain best quality.
Can I cancel my online order?
We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. Please note you can return your order within the 60-day delay mentioned in our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I know when my order ships?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
What's the expected delivery time?
Our delivery time varies due to the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (business days: Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). The majority of our online orders are shipped with USPS first class.
What Materials are your products made from?
You can find out all the product composition from the information on each products page. Primarily we use wool, yak fur, natueral duys, leather Ssherpa fleece, and more.
Shipping and Returns
We will get your order out the door as fast as possible. Occasionally, we may run into temporary out-of-stock situations and we will notify you if that delay is going to be longer than a couple of days. Smaller orders are shipped via USPS and larger orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Unless otherwise noted, all shipping costs are paid by us for all individual e-commerce orders. That's right all personal US Sherpa orders come with free shipping!
We’re sorry if you’re not happy with your US Sherpa product. However, we do ask that all returns or exchanges are done within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. To inquire about a return, email us at email@example.com with the product, date of purchase, and reason for return. If the product is used we will still consider a return if there are outstanding circumstances.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange items for a different size if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
